Source candidate through various channels including job portals, social media, professional networks & employee referrals. Scree Resume, conduct initial interviews and assess candidate Qualification, skill. Manage interview process including scheduling interview, coordinating with hiring teams & gathering feedback. Maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs and stay updated with industry trends & best practices in recruitment. Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates. Track & report on key recruitment metrics (time to hire, source of hire, etc.) to improve efficiency. Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience through the hiring process. Training & development arrange training, coordination with teams & HOD’s training calendar updates. PMS process, Following up, Updates.
