Area(s) of responsibility Location: Noida (Work from Office) Role Description: Prior experience in offer/onboarding/ hire to retire related processes in HR operations Excellent communication & presentation skills. Act as a process checker in Offer Management. Enable swift extension of offers. Be able to build Intelligent Reporting and conduct analysis on the process data as well as identify indicators of process improvements. Should be good in excel. Able to ensure timely and proper stakeholder management to understand their concerns and ensure timely communication is maintained. Good communication and presentation skills. Understanding ATS tool and support in ensuring adequate checks are placed in system to ensure compliance adherence. Overall exp should be 2+ years.
