Candidate should be from Recruiting from Product Organisations. Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and hiring top technical talent for a variety of roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to ensure the best candidates are identified and recruited efficiently, contributing to the growth and success of our technical teams. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with department heads and technical teams to understand their hiring needs and the technical requirements for open roles. Develop Job Descriptions: Create and post job descriptions that clearly communicate the required skills and experience for technical positions (e.g., software engineers, DevOps, etc.). Source Candidates: Use a variety of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, professional networks) to find high-quality technical candidates, both active and passive. Screen Resumes: Conduct resume reviews and assess candidates technical skills, experience, and alignment with job requirements. Conduct Interviews: Perform phone screenings and coordinate in-depth interviews with technical teams, focusing on both technical and cultural fit. Maintain a Talent Pipeline: Proactively build and maintain a database of potential technical candidates for future hiring needs. Promote the Employer Brand: Actively represent and promote the organizations culture, values, and technical innovation to attract top talent. Candidate Management: Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, keeping candidates informed and engaged. Offer Management: Work with hiring managers and HR to extend offers, negotiate terms, and close candidates for technical roles. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred). Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, with a focus on full-time technical positions in IT or software development. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with technical roles and skills, including software development (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.), DevOps, cloud technologies, and databases. Sourcing Skills: Expertise in using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other sourcing tools to attract high-quality technical candidates. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Negotiation Skills: Experience in negotiating offers and closing candidates for full-time roles. Preferred Qualifications: Experience recruiting for high-growth tech companies or product-based organizations. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Understanding of technical trends and market demands to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
