Executive HR (Male)

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain candidate records.
• Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.

2. Attendance & Payroll

• Maintain daily attendance, leave records, and overtime details.
• Coordinate with accounts/finance department for monthly payroll processing.
• Handle employee queries related to salary, leaves, and deductions.

3. Statutory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with labour laws such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and other applicable acts.
• Maintain statutory registers and records as per the Factories Act and related laws.
• Liaise with government authorities and auditors during inspections.

4. Employee Engagement & Welfare

• Plan and organize employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
• Assist in grievance handling and maintaining employee relations.
• Support in performance appraisal and training programs.

5. HR Administration

• Maintain employee personnel files and HR database.
• Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, etc.).
• Support management in implementing HR policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
