Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires. Coordinate joining formalities, exit formalities, induction, attendance management, leave management, and other HR generalist activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to employee relations, performance appraisal, training & development. Provide support in resolving employee grievances and conflicts through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Maintain accurate records of employee data, including personnel files, payroll information etc. Desired Candidate Profile 3-5 years of experience in an HR role with a focus on coordination functions (recruitment, onboarding). MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification preferred. Strong understanding of HR generalist activities such as recruitment, induction, joining formalities, exit formalities etc. Analytical & Communication Skills. Experience of Payroll Software (Matrix & Greyt HR)
