Market Research and Opportunity Identification: Target Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify potential customers in global pharmaceutical markets, including wholesalers, distributors, hospitals, and pharmacies. Customer Segmentation: Segment potential customers based on factors like geographic location, market needs, purchasing behaviour, and regulatory conditions in different regions. Trend Monitoring: Monitor global pharmaceutical market trends, emerging diseases, and healthcare innovations to identify new customer needs and business opportunities. 2. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Lead Generation: Utilize various tools (e.g., Search engines, industry databases, networking, cold calling, and online platforms) to generate new leads and identify potential customers. Sales Campaigns: Develop and implement targeted sales campaigns to attract new customers, using both digital and traditional methods (e.g., email marketing, webinars, trade shows). Networking: Attend pharmaceutical industry events, trade shows, and conferences globally to network and engage potential customers. Closing Sales: Employ strong closing techniques to convert potential customers into long-term clients while ensuring their satisfaction with the companys products and services. 3. Customer Outreach and Relationship Building: Initial Contact: Reach out to potential customers through emails or phone calls to introduce the company's product portfolio and services. Customer Meetings: Conduct meetings (virtual) with potential customers to discuss their needs, explain product offerings, and demonstrate value propositions. Building Trust: Establish trust and rapport with prospective clients by understanding their requirements and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs. 4. Incumbent must be strong exposure in international market except Australia & New Zealand. Incumbent must have very good hands on exposure on different types of formulations like: Solid Oral, Injectables, Parenteral, Topical, Liquid Oral etc. Incumbent has to generate lead from the scratched from global market except Australia & New Zealand). Experience in brand awareness, marketing strategies, sales, business development, and market research. Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a focus on new customer acquisition and global markets. Prior experience in international markets is often preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with potential customers and key stakeholders. Ability to negotiate terms and close deals successfully in diverse cultural and regulatory environments. A self-starter who takes initiative to find new business opportunities and is eager to drive the acquisition of new customers. Candidate should have expertise at building client relationships, driving sales. Work experience in MNC companies in similar industries will be preferred. Ability to quickly adjust to new market conditions, customer preferences, and regulatory changes in international regions. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with experience in engaging C-level executives. An entrepreneurial mind-set with strong analytical & problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with potential customers and key stakeholders. Strong prospecting and closing skills.
