Job Description

Job Purpose: To support the FMS In-charge in managing Facilities Services including Housekeeping, Office Administration and Vendor Management ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient work environment for seamless business operations. Role & responsibilities: Housekeeping : Ensure daily cleaning of office spaces, shop floor, and warehouses, with periodic shampoo cleaning of the shop floor. Maintain adequate housekeeping materials on the floor at all times. Ensure the availability of loaders and unloaders for the Supply Chain teams daily loading and unloading activities. Office Administration : Assist in booking air tickets and tour packages for employees. Ensure issuance of SIM cards and data cards to eligible staff. Maintain office telephone connections and circulate the contact list. General office administration support, including meetings, refreshments, and stationery. Oversee courier management and pest control services. Arrange TSRTC bus passes, GMR bus passes, and GHIAL transportation for employees. Coordinate with GHIAL Reception and the FMS team. Manage procurement and distribution of uniforms and shoes for shop floor staff. Ensure tea, coffee, and snack arrangements for office and shop floor staff. Vendor Management : Process PO and PR requests in Navision. Ensure timely clearance of monthly payments to vendors. Monitor checklists, standards, bills, payments, and licenses. Follow up on vendor payments with the Finance team. Track and monitor stock depletion of all items. Preferred candidate profile: Any Graduate / BHM with 2 to 4 years of experience in Facility Management in Service/ Retail environment.
