Job Title: Finance & Accounts Executive (Third Party PayRoll) Experience: 1.5 - 2 Years Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Third Party Payroll Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our finance team as a P2P, O2C & Reconciliation Executive . The ideal candidate should have experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Reconciliations , along with knowledge of TDS, GST, and internal auditing . Key Responsibilities: Process vendor invoices, payments, and purchase orders while handling vendor queries. Generate and process customer invoices, track receivables, and follow up on outstanding payments. Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations , ensuring accuracy in financial records. Ensure compliance with TDS, GST, and other statutory regulations . Assist in internal audits and financial reporting. Utilize Excel & Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. Requirements: 1.5 - 2 years of experience in P2P, O2C, and Reconciliations . Good understanding of TDS, GST, and Internal Auditing . Strong skills in Excel & Google Sheets . Experience working in a startup environment is a plus. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in financial software/tools . Understanding of accounting principles and standards.
