About the Role:

Soft services management:Supervise and manage housekeeping, pantry, security, and cleaning services to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Supervise and manage housekeeping, pantry, security, and cleaning services to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Compliance and safety:Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, including health, safety, and environmental standards. Implement and maintain safety procedures, and manage crisis and emergency procedures.
Maintenance and upkeep:Coordinate and schedule routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance for building systems and equipment to minimize downtime.
Staff supervision:Manage and supervise the performance of facility staff, including housekeeping and technical teams. Create work schedules and provide training.
Reporting and administration:Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, maintain equipment and service records, and act as the point of contact for workplace-related employee concerns.
