Executive Exports
Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India Job Description

4+ years of experience in Export Documentation and Sales Coordination FMCG.
Manage
pre-shipment documentation
(POs, Proforma Invoices, Packing List, Commercial Invoice) and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
Coordinate
design approvals
with customers and ensure smooth execution by operations.
Handle
customer communication
, payments follow-up, LC/BG checks, and reconciliation with finance.
Execute
sales order posting in SAP
and coordinate with finance for pricing and credit limits.
Work with logistics for
truck placement, shipment scheduling, and CHA/shipping coordination
.
Ensure adherence to
export regulations, INCOTERMS, customs formalities, and incentive norms
.
Prepare and track
post-shipment documents
and complete bank formalities on time.
Maintain
daily and monthly MIS reports
for order status, shipments, and business reviews.
