Executive - Exports

Role & responsibilities The role of a Sr Executive (Exports) is to manage the entire export administration (order processing to production planning to documentation to shipping to payments) for the Insulation export sales. The role needs to support the Head (International Markets) with quotations, payment follow up and order liasoning with all export customers. The role will report to the Head (International Markets). JD: Order follow up with customers Preparation of offers Export enquiries Shipment coordination Liaison with third party-Inspections / pre-shipment QAPs/ Approvals Complete shipping logistics Pre and Post shipment documentation, liaison with Forwarders/ CHAs Co-ordination for order processing / review and monitoring Production Planning Sample coordination Receivables collection Packing and facing materials Planning and follow up with SCM Vendor Registrations/ any documentation related to registrations with customers/ institutes
