We are looking for young, dynamic Male candidate for Executive-Events & Exhibition

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing events & exhibitions along with senior management.
• Prepare estimates, budgets, and presentations using

  MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint

  .
• Handle day-to-day communication with clients and vendors (emails, calls, follow-ups).
• Draft professional emails, letters, and proposals in English.
• Approach and engage with potential new clients to grow business.
• Coordinate logistics, manage on-ground execution, and ensure smooth event operations.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of

  MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint

  .
• Good English vocabulary with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in

  Hindi and Bengali

  (both spoken & written).
• Prior experience in events/exhibitions will be an added advantage.
• Ability to multitask and handle day-to-day operational tasks independently.
