Key Responsibilities: 1.Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions. 2.Customer Satisfaction: Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement strategies to address any issues. Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to ensure service expectations are met. Gather and analyze client feedback to inform service improvements. 3.Service Delivery: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services. Oversee the resolution of any service-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to clients. 4.Sales Support: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients. Assist in the development of proposals and presentations for potential clients. 5.Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction, service performance, and sales activities.
