Job Description

Key purpose of the Job The Executive - Engineering is responsible for ensuring machine maintenance requirements for the SBU across the factories and in the Sample Room. This includes implementation of machine maintenance activities, ensuring machine availability, maintaining spares and machine / consumables inventory, implementing machine setting & SMV improvement projects and conducting spot audits. Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for planning and execution of the machine maintenance activities for the SBU Responsible for implementing machine setting, SMV improvement projects, cost reduction initiatives and conducting spot audits for achieving the functional objectives Responsible for functional MIS, reporting and compliance requirements, as per guidelines Supervise the team of maintenance staff and associates Education Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Experience 0 to 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role in machine maintenance function Competencies Drive Vision & Growth Excite & Engage Customers Inspire Each Other Simplify & Focus This is an Equal Opportunity Company
