Job locations - Madurai Candidate location - Anywhere in Tamilnadu Relevant sector - High Rise Infrastructure Projects/IT Parks. CTC :- Rs.80,000/Month On Contract Retired from Govt. Departments/ Agencies As per Govt norms (Last Pay Less Pension) Role & responsibilities : Collecting particulars from EC. Calling of Tenders. Assisting for preparation of Work Order & Agreement. Collecting periodical report from Project Engineer and submitting to Head Office. Monitoring the PMC for obtaining statutory approvals. Verify the bill submitted by the EC & Project office and submit to finance wing for payment. Based on the instruction of Head Office, SE/EE has to inspect the site whenever required and attend required meetings. Maintain the project for Time Overrun and Cost Overrun and submit the status to HO periodically. Apart from the above he should attend the work assigned by the MD then & there. Preferred candidate profile : Civil Construction activity in High rise Building / IT Parks.
