E-commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist KAM in day-to-day operations and reporting of Key E-commerce channels.
  • Coordinating with supply chain - Monitoring and tracking the Purchase orders for all accounts, maintaining of Masters for each party, ensuring on-time delivery of planned Saleable and Promotional items with a 100% Fill Rate.
  • Taking the appointments for deliveries as per the TAT for the POs.
  • Monitoring and managing RTVs as per the agreements tracking them to make sure inwards are completed and Credit notes are passed.
  • Weekly checks on the Outstanding reports and leasing with the finance teams to ensure timely payments and disbursements of discounts and other expenses.
  • Maintain and circulating updates on sales and stock reports on Weekly and Monthly basis.
  • Onboarding new accounts.
  • Setting and achieving aspirational growth targets for the online side of the business.
  • Assisting KAM in Building the Joint Business Plan, defining the metrics, and driving the sales of the specific eCommerce accounts and building relationships with the Planning and executing complete business operations of e-commerce at each level - Front end operations, Product Assortment, Supply chain, to increase the digital presence of the brand and product performance.
  • Monitoring forecast at a product at region and account level; monitoring the products listed and ensuring the deliveries of orders to achieve a market share of products.
  • Establishing working relationships with e-commerce partners.
  • Improving content on partner platforms & driving and enabling exclusive launches.
  • Ensuring the best content for the products through cataloging and updation of A+ Content, Videos etc. for the best customer experience on the respective portals.
  • Understanding the Key Business Drivers for this channel and managing channel forecasts.
  • Collaboration with internal as well as external stakeholders to achieve the desired share in each category.

Qualifications & Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Management, Marketing, Digital Marketing is required, MBA is a plus.
  • Should have worked in a Key Account Management Role either for a Skin Care Brand or E-Comm channel
  • Proven work experience in E-Com of at least 2 yrs
  • Proficient in Key Account Management, managing data, and leveraging insights to drive penetration
