Ensure the accurate and timely processing of customer success-related documents and communications. Coordinate with the customer success team, finance team, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues related to customer success and MIS. Develop and maintain a customer database and management information system (MIS) that provides accurate and timely information on customer interactions, trends, and other key metrics. Generate regular reports on customer success performance, customer trends, and other key metrics, and provide insights that help drive customer satisfaction and retention. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of customer success and MIS. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customer success team members, finance team members, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all customer success policies, procedures, and legal requirements, and build and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs). Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, providing insights that help inform customer success strategies and product development. Acquire, clean, and organize extensive datasets from various sources. Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation. Create and implement data models, algorithms, and visualizations. Generate actionable recommendations based on your analysis. Creating & managing dashboards in visualization tools such as Tableau. Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders Desired Candidate Profile Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in customer success, MIS, or related field. 0-1 years of Hands-on experience in Data Analytics/ Data Engineering. Competent in Advanced Excel. Highly skilled in Tableau. Strong knowledge of customer success policies, practices, and legal requirements. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills. Strong knowledge of database management and information systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Any experience in Education Domain will be an add-on. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other database management software.
