Job Description: As a Guest Service Project Manager, your role involves planning and executing various projects to enhance the overall patient experience. This includes organizing events, managing special requests, and coordinating VIP visits. Key Responsibilities: - Resolve guest concerns and address complaints to ensure guest satisfaction while following hospital policies and procedures. - Collaborate with medical staff, administrative teams, facility management, and external vendors to coordinate guest services and facilitate seamless communication. - Provide leadership in guest relations by mentoring junior staff, guiding best practices, and demonstrating exceptional care and support to patients and visitors. - Identify opportunities for process improvement, implement innovative solutions, and contribute to enhancing patient experiences within the hospital. - Manage technical tasks such as utilizing electronic guest feedback systems, CRM software, and ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process for guests. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in guest service management or a related field. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions to ensure guest satisfaction. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Leadership capabilities to mentor junior staff and drive process improvement initiatives. - Familiarity with technical tools such as CRM software and electronic feedback systems.
