Executive Cum Food And Beverage Assistant

The Executive cum Food and Beverage Assistant is responsible for managing both front desk and service operations at the cafe. This role includes welcoming guests, taking orders, handling billing, coordinating with the kitchen, and ensuring customers have a pleasant dining experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. 2. Take and serve food and beverage orders efficiently. 3. Manage the billing counter and handle cash/card transactions. 4. Respond to customer queries and manage table reservations. 5. Ensure the front desk and dining area are clean and well-organized. 6. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service. 7. Assist in daily stock checks and report any shortages. 8. Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation. 9. Support cafe operations and help with any additional duties when required. Required Skills: 1. Excellent communication and customer service skills. 2. Basic knowledge of food and beverage service. 3. Ability to multitask and handle busy hours calmly. 4. Good knowledge of billing or POS systems. 5. Positive attitude, professional appearance, and punctuality. 6. Team player with strong organizational skills.
