We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with strong expertise in MS Excel, MS Word, CRM, and data entry. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and reliable with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, data management, reporting).
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and tools.
Customer support handling via calls, emails, and CRM system.
Data entry, accuracy, and speed in managing large datasets.
Preparing reports, dashboards, and insights (knowledge of Power BI is a plus).
Maintaining records, resolving customer queries, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer support / data entry roles.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
