Position: Executive Coordinator to CEO – Renewable Energy Consulting

Location: Centura Square IT Park, Wagle Estate, Thane (W), Maharashtra

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience and previous CTC)

The Executive Coordinator to CEO serves as the central link between leadership, project teams, and clients, ensuring efficiency, precision, and professional coordination at the highest level of the organization.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, technically sound, and proactive professional to support the CEO and Director in managing strategic, operational, and administrative responsibilities. The role requires a strong technical or engineering background, sharp communication skills, and a professional demeanor suitable for client and leadership interactions.

This is a high-trust, growth-oriented role offering exposure to corporate decision-making, project management, and leadership coordination in a dynamic consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s schedule, meetings, communications, and travel logistics with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with technical, finance, and business development teams for project updates and task tracking.
  • Draft and review reports, letters, presentations, MoUs, and other official documentation.
  • Support preparation and follow-up of proposals, tenders, and RFP submissions.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling corporate and client-related information.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors for project updates, meeting coordination, and information exchange.
  • Assist in compliance, filing, and documentation required for ongoing operations.
  • Prepare executive briefs, status notes, and summary reports for internal and client meetings.
  • Support the CEO in external engagements, CSR activities, and professional events.

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate or Diploma Engineer in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical discipline; Post-Graduation or Management qualification will be an added advantage.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in executive coordination, technical administration, or consulting roles.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Hindi; Marathi preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities independently.
  • Exposure to consulting, EPC, or project management environments preferred.
  • Presentable, confident, and professional in demeanor, capable of client and leadership interaction.
  • Female candidates with strong coordination and interpersonal skills will be given preference.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Fixed monthly remuneration between ₹25,000 and ₹40,000 depending on experience and previous CTC.
