Job Description

We are looking for an ideal candidate for the Digital Marketing Content Specialist role. The content specialist must be driven and skilled communicator who can produce high-quality content and implement successful digital marketing campaigns. In this role, professionals must create engaging content, understand complex marketing ideas, and stay up-to-date with digital trends and competitors. They must work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of campaigns, maintain budgets, and build business partnerships. Role & responsibilities Key Results Areas * Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers * Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.) * Launch optimised online adverts through Meta and Google etc. to increase company and brand awareness * Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.) * Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website * Collaborate with designers to improve user experience * Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) * Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date Key Performance Indicators Significant increase in brand awareness among target audience Significant increase in patient footfall for services Significant increase in brand exposure on digital networks Adapting to new technologies and skills Providing creative solutions to problems Preferred candidate profile Masters in Communication or Marketing Communication OR PG in New Media Worked with a marketing communication firm or design studio Content experience in a Corporate Communication/Marketing Communication setup in an MNC/Hospitality industry Skills & Knowledge Content software - (CMS, Blogger, WordPress, Microsoft Word) Social Media Management - (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) Google Analytics Hootsuite & FB Business Suite Adobe PDF, MS Office Special Job Related Requirements (Job Specifications) Be highly creative and imaginative Have good written and interpersonal skills Should work well in a team and be able to work under pressure Have an interest in commerce, popular culture, and new advertising trends and techniques Maintain cordiality with people at all levels and cross-functional teams Receptive toward feedback received Eager to learn within a fast paced environment with quick turnaround time Perks and benefits Statutory Compliance & Health Insurance
