As a Legal Assistant at Esteem Projects Pvt. Ltd., your role includes drafting contractual correspondence, legal notices, replies, and liaising with the Company's legal advisors. Your key responsibilities will involve: - Liaising with regulators and advisors such as lawyers and auditors. - Drafting and vetting legal and commercial documents. - Ensuring compliance with ROC & MCA requirements. - Maintaining minutes of Board Meetings and Annual General Meetings. - Ensuring compliance with Companies Act 2013 & Other Statutes. - Demonstrating good interpretation skills of regulatory provisions. The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications: - CS + LLB degree. - Experience in commercial litigations and arbitrations. - Strong legal drafting and communication skills.
