Job Description

As an Executive-Clinical at Sagility, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the overall team performance and profitability by implementing action plans to enhance and maintain client satisfaction. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities: - Possess basic knowledge of Healthcare. - Demonstrate good reasoning and analytical skills. - Communicate fluently in the required language for the function/location. - Exhibit active listening skills. - Show passion for learning. - Utilize influencing skills effectively. - Comprehend employee requirements well. - Adhere to attendance and punctuality norms. - Acquire knowledge and skills related to the process. - Process claims, develop projects, and handle calls as per process guidelines. - Adhere to SLAs and understand Quality & Auditing parameters. - Meet assigned productivity goals. - Understand and adhere to quality standards. - Meet TAT. - Ensure adherence to external and internal quality and security standards (HIPPA/ISO). Additionally, the following skills are mandatory for this role: - Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills. - Proficiency with necessary technology, including computers, software applications, phone systems, etc. - Ability to improve and/or transform team processes across functions within the organization. - Drive individual, team, and department efficiency and productivity through effective metric management. - Strong coaching and leadership skills to develop and motivate employees for improved performance. - Ability to delegate and manage workloads and projects across functions. - Successfully drive continuous improvement efforts by leading various work streams related to call center metrics and monitoring tools. - Operate in a complex, global environment while influencing results. - Possess strong operational and financial acumen, executive presence, and the ability to lead multiple sites. - Problem-solving abilities, conflict handling, anticipation of issues/concerns, troubleshooting, and proactive solutions. - Advanced customer focus and service skills. - Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations. - Handle reporting, financial analysis (cost-effectiveness, cost-benefit, etc.), and budgeting. - Experience with client relationship management is preferred. Location: Bangalore, India Please note that the role requires any graduates or postgraduates, preferably with a science background, and at least 1.5+ years of experience in the HC domain and clinical-related field.,
