Role Description This is a full-time on-site Executive Chef role located in Kochi with one of the city’s most iconic hotels. The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading a team of chefs in preparing and cooking meals, creating new menus, managing kitchen supplies, and ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. Expertise in in multi cuisine cooking including authentic Kerala, Indian, Continental and Chinese cuisines is expected of the person.
