Executive

We are looking for a skilled HR Executive with 3 to 9 years of experience to oversee the daily operations of our organization's HR department, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, performance management, and training and development.

• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including creating job listings, conducting keyword research, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and performing background checks.
• Maintain positive employee relations by ensuring fairness and addressing grievances.
• Oversee the performance management process, setting goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback.
• Develop training programs to enhance employee skills and career advancement.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, including EEO, OSHA, and FLSA.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs to offer competitive pay and benefits packages.

• Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or training in HR or related fields are advantageous.
• Proven experience in HR, preferably in recruitment, performance management, or training and development.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, including employment standards and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and systems, including applicant tracking systems and performance management tools.
