Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain a strong client database, proactively reaching out via calls and emails to explore business opportunities. Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to generate training requirements. Develop a deep understanding of technology, soft skills, and various training domains , effectively presenting them to clients. Ensure swift business execution with minimal Turn Around Time (TAT) and timely closure of deals. Coordinate training schedules, onboard expert trainers , and drive revenue growth while maintaining strong profit margins. Proactively expand the client base on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis , ensuring consistent business growth. Adhere to company policies while delivering exceptional customer support and fostering long-term client relationships. Looking For: A self-starter with high energy and enthusiasm. Excellent communication and negotiation skills . Ability to manage multiple clients and drive business independently .
