Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling : Making calls to new and existing customers to introduce products/services, follow up on leads, and close sales. Customer Interaction : Engaging with prospects to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. Lead Generation : Identifying potential customers through research or provided lead lists. Sales Process : Following up with prospects through the sales process, which may include sending quotes, scheduling appointments, or assisting in the final sale. Record-Keeping : Maintaining accurate records of interactions, sales activity, and customer feedback in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. Target Achievement : Meeting sales targets or KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by the team or company. Customer Support : Answering questions or resolving issues for clients as part of the sales process. Team Collaboration : Working closely with other sales and marketing team members to share information and improve sales strategies.
