Overview: We are looking for an Executive Brand Manager specializing in luxury marketing and events. As a key player in our dynamic team, you will support in developing and implementing brand strategies, with a focus on crafting extraordinary event experiences and executing captivating digital and ATL-BTL marketing initiatives. Looking for impeccable creativity, organizational prowess, and attention to detail to curate marketing touchpoints for our discerning audience. Responsibilities: Event Planning and Execution: Coordinate strategic event plans, manage budgets, secure venues, and oversee setup for exquisite brand events. ATL-BTL Marketing: Assist in executing captivating Above-the-Line marketing strategies, ensuring consistent messaging and visuals across channels. Support innovative Below-the-Line initiatives, including experiential marketing, promotions, and point-of-sale materials, in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency and maintain strong relationships. Content Creation and Promotion: Assist in creating engaging content for events, ATL campaigns, BTL activations, and social media platforms. Implement effective promotional strategies to drive awareness and engagement in coordination with the digital marketing team and agencies. Budget Management: Efficiently manage event budgets and ATL/BTL campaign expenditures while maintaining high-quality standards. Provide regular updates and ROI reports. Brand Guidelines and Compliance: Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in messaging and visual identity for events, ATL advertisements, and BTL activations. Qualifications: Master's degree in marketing, business, or related field (relevant experience also considered) Luxury brand management experience preferred Proven track record in event planning and execution Strong project management skills with excellent prioritization abilities Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Analytical mindset to measure event and campaign performance Creative thinking and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, event management software knowledge a plus Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in brand promotion
