Responsible for design of braking and suspension system of all two and three wheelers in Kinetic Green based on the inputs from platform team. Design and prepare 2D drawing of all brake and suspension systems with proper GD&T. Coordinate with suppliers for DVP sign offs. Coordinate with vehicle integration team, Testing, homologation and CAE for resolving all brakes and suspension related issues. Coordinate with vehicle integration team KPIs (Measurable parameters of the role) 2D drawing release in specific timeline 2D drawing quality Quality issue resolution turnaround time. Knowledge (Technical / Functional) - Two and Three wheeler layout. In depth knowledge of Brakes and suspension systems used in two and three wheelers Proficiency in UG NX Proficiency in GD&T Knowledge of manufacturing processes used in brakes and suspension Qualifications - BE Mechanical Experience - Minimum 4 years
