Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Gurugram. The Executive Assistant will support the executive team by performing administrative tasks, managing expense reports, and providing executive support. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling meetings, managing communications, organizing travel arrangements, and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
Proficiency in managing Expense Reports
Strong Executive Support capabilities
Excellent Communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
