About The Opportunity

A fast-moving technology & software services organisation operating in the AI, product engineering and enterprise solutions sector. We support senior leadership with high-impact decision-making, cross-functional programs and external stakeholder engagement across India and global markets.Primary Title (standardized): Executive Assistant to Managing DirectorLocation: India — On-site role

Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with the Managing Director to manage daily priorities: maintain an optimized calendar, triage communications, and prepare briefing notes.
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel: itineraries, visas, logistics, and seamless on-trip support.
  • Plan and manage leadership and board-level meetings: draft agendas, prepare materials, take accurate minutes, and track action items to closure.
  • Draft, edit and format high-quality presentations, reports and confidential correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage expense reporting, invoice tracking and vendor interactions; support office procurement and vendor contracts as needed.
  • Act as a professional liaison across functions and with external partners—anticipate needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and drive process improvements.

  • Strong organisational ability, attention to detail and a bias for getting things done on tight timelines.
