Role & responsibilities : Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements, including International and Domestic. Hands-on experience in Office correspondence & Coordination, Client Relationship, Stakeholder Management. Good in Calendar Management- meeting, appointments, events. Preparing MIS reports, presentations, and other documents as and when required. Organize and maintain confidential files and records. Handle office-related tasks, including procurement and vendor coordination. Ensure timely completion of assigned projects and follow-ups. Preferred candidate profile : Familiarity with office management systems and procedures. Knowledge of travel arrangements and event planning. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a Executive Assistant. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite. Ability to work independently and handle pressure effectively.
