Job Title: Executive Assistant (EA)

Location: Ashok Vihar ( Delhi)
Experience : 3+Yrs.Department: Executive Office
Reports to: Managing Director / CEO / Senior Leadership

Role Overview:

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the senior leadership team. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The EA will act as the primary point of contact between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and prepare agendas, minutes, presentations, and reports for meetings.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and communication on behalf of senior leadership.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners/vendors for smooth business operations.
  • Track and follow up on key deliverables, deadlines, and projects assigned by leadership.
  • Organize and manage travel logistics including visas, itineraries, and expense reimbursements.
  • Support in business documentation, drafting letters, and preparing official communications.
  • Assist in personal tasks and requirements related to the executive, as needed.
  • Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare briefing materials for decision-making.
  • Ensure efficient office management and maintain records, databases, and filing systems.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritize, take initiative, and work independently under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate across departments and with external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Commerce / Management or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Experience in supporting C-level executives preferred.
  • Familiarity with office management systems, travel booking tools, and digital collaboration platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, MS Teams, Zoom).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹12,245.96 - ₹47,969.07 per month
