Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative Support

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, travel, and correspondence.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and efficient time management.

2. Communication Bridge

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft, review, and manage communications on behalf of the CEO.

3. Confidentiality

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism.

4. Coordination

  • Prepare meeting agendas, reports, presentations, and follow-up action items.
  • Support in tracking project progress and key deliverables.

5. Strategic Support

  • Assist in strategic decision-making through research, data analysis, and presentation development.
  • Coordinate with leadership teams to align priorities and objectives.

6. Time Management

  • Optimize the CEO’s schedule for maximum efficiency and focus.
  • Anticipate needs and manage priorities effectively.

7. Information Management

  • Organize, maintain, and retrieve key documents, reports, and business data.
  • Ensure proper record-keeping and version control.

8. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
  • Represent the CEO in a professional and approachable manner.

9. Event Planning

  • Coordinate and manage corporate events, executive meetings, and performance reviews.
  • Oversee logistics and ensure all events run smoothly.

10. Problem Solving

  • Proactively identify potential challenges and provide effective solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar senior administrative role.
  • Fluency in English—excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Travel-friendly and flexible, willing to accompany the CEO on domestic and international trips as needed.
  • Professional, polished, and presentable appearance.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom).
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
