Job description The Executive Assistant to Director will be responsible for undertaking various commercial task and providing administrative support to the Director. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized and have knowledge of Marketing functions and experience working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Director. Undertake various commercial task as required. Manage the Director's calendar & schedule appointments. Prepare agendas and papers for various meetings. Collect various reports from Marketing & Sales team for review of Director. Follow-up on action points from the meetings. Conduct research & prepare various reports for the review of Director. Leading the team of 4-5 assistants, managing and supervising their work. Desired Profile Candidate Excellent Communication skills 10 to 15 years of experience in similar roles Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Experience in managing the team of 4/5 assistants. Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi and English Language. Remuneration will not be a bar for right candidate.
