Project estimation and formulation of technical specification for meeting customer requirements and preparation of offer & RFQ. Responsible for Market visibility, request, and submission of EOI for upcoming tenders. Follow-up, monitoring of Pre-Bid Enquires, feedback and accomplishments through active engagement with customer. Take lead in preparation of Client / bid / tender requirement analysis, Pre & Post bid Client communication. Build strong working relationships both internally and with key suppliers. Take and incorporate feedback from internal users of procured goods and services. Interface with clients for their projects Terms & condition and following up for all clarifications. Schedule Management: Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, often acting as a point of contact for the CEO. Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items. Document Management: Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. Information Gathering and Analysis: Conduct research, assemble data, and prepare reports as needed, supporting the CEO's decision-making. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Project Support: Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, providing administrative and logistical support. Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
