You will bring together financial insights, business analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to support data-driven decisions at the highest level.


🎯

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Business Insights

  • Collaborate with leadership on the

    Annual Operating Plan (AOP)

    and

    Long-Range Plan (LRP)

    .
  • Conduct detailed

    P&L and variance analysis

    , providing actionable insights on business performance.
  • Track and report

    key performance indicators (KPIs)

    such as revenue, margins, costs, and productivity.
  • Build and maintain

    management dashboards and trend reports

    .
  • Partner with business heads to ensure alignment of results with strategic goals.

2. Strategic Projects & CEO Office Management

  • Support the CEO in executing

    special and high-impact projects

    across the organization.
  • Gather and analyze functional reports to identify business issues and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare briefs, business updates, and pre-reads for CEO meetings.
  • Track and ensure closure of

    action points (MOM follow-ups)

    within defined timelines.

3. Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare

    Board presentations, management reports, and business review decks

    .
  • Deliver insights on

    market trends, business performance, and profitability drivers

    to aid strategic decisions.


🎓

Qualifications & Experience

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6–10 years of post-qualification experience.

  • Experience in FP&A, Corporate Strategy, Management Reporting, or Business Planning.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Strategic / Corporate Planning roles within NBFCs, Banks, or Financial Services preferred.

  • Strong in

    financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis

    .
  • Expertise in

    MS Excel and PowerPoint

    ; exposure to

    Power BI / Anaplan / SQL

    preferred.
  • Experience in

    P&L analysis

    of an entire business unit or organization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work directly with

    CXO-level leaders

  • High ownership, confidentiality, and business acumen.
