Job Description

Mintree is seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Founder in day-to-day operations. The EA will serve as a strategic partner, ensuring smooth workflow, managing communications, and taking command in the Founder’s absence. This role requires strong ownership, professionalism, and an ability to manage the office with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Office Coordination & Command Role

  • Act as the decision-making point when the Founder is not present in the office.
  • Guide and coordinate with teams to ensure smooth workflow across all departments.
  • Follow up on tasks assigned by the Founder and ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain discipline, office efficiency, and operational standards as per Mintree’s guidelines.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Represent the Founder professionally in internal and external interactions.
  • Draft high-quality emails, letters, and communication on behalf of the Founder.
  • Liaise with vendors, partners, agencies, and clients for business requirements.

Project & Task Management

  • Assist in planning, monitoring, and executing brand initiatives and special projects.
  • Maintain trackers for operations, product updates, marketing tasks, and business deliverables.
  • Conduct market or competitor research when required and share insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business/Communication preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English; polished communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with a proactive and solution-driven attitude.
  • Ability to independently manage the office and take leadership in Founder’s absence.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email drafting, and documentation.
  • Professional appearance, grooming, and etiquette suitable for a premium brand like Mintree.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,581.74 - ₹35,000.00 per month
