About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Executive Assistant to support the CEO in daily operations, coordination, communication, and task management. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 1–2 years of experience as an EA, Admin Executive, or similar role
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, emails, and daily coordination.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and maintain confidential records.
  • Handle travel planning, schedules, and logistics.
  • Serve as the communication bridge between the CEO and internal/external teams.
  • Track project progress, follow up on tasks, and assist with basic research.

  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Excellent calendar and time management
  • Coordination & follow-up abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Task prioritisation and organisational skills
  • Professional and positive attitude
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
