Job Description

Exponentia.ai is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant - Sales Operations to support our Sales leadership team. This role is critical in ensuring seamless operations across Sales, Marketing, and Pre-Sales functions by managing MIS reports, tracking revenue and leads, ensuring strategy adherence, and promoting process compliance. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth. Job Responsibilities: MIS and Reporting: Compile and maintain comprehensive MIS reports across all business units. Track and report revenue, purchase orders (POs), and other sales-related data. Monitor and maintain lead tracking reports and provide timely updates. Strategy Adherence: Ensure alignment with Sales and Marketing strategies by tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide insights and recommendations to drive strategy execution. Process and SOP Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to defined processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across Sales, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams. Identify gaps in process adherence and recommend corrective actions. Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners. Track and report on OEM relationship Net Promoter Score (NPS). Expense Management: Oversee and manage sales operations-related expenses. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure expense reports are accurate and aligned with budget guidelines. Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth business operations. Support in driving operational initiatives and process improvements. Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in sales operations, or executive sales support. Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data management tools. Experience in managing reports, dashboards, and sales performance metrics. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
