Roles and Responsibilities Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Provide personal assistance to Director as needed. Handle secretarial activities such as letter drafting, email management, and phone calls. Ensure timely follow-ups on tasks and projects assigned by the Director. Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in an EA role or similar position. Excellent coordination skills with ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in calendar management software (e.g. Outlook) and diary systems (e.g. Google Calendar). Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and excellent time management abilities.
