Key Responsibilities: Calendar & Travel Management: Oversee scheduling, appointments, travel arrangements, and itinerary planning. Communication & Coordination: Manage emails, draft communications, organize meetings, and track follow-ups. Project & Task Support: Assist in project execution, conduct research, and maintain confidential records. Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison with internal teams, clients, and industry partners. Tech Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and calendar management, with expertise in social media handling, marketing tasks, and creating impactful PowerPoint presentations and flyers. General Support: Handle ad hoc tasks, prepare reports, and stay updated on industry trends. Advanced Excel & Word: Hands-on experience in these applications is required. Additional Responsibilities: Any other work assigned by the Chairman of the Committee.
