We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the management. Based at our Bangalore – New BEL Road office, this role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of the of our organization, facilitating strategic communication, and supporting key executive functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, discretion, and the ability to manage cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Support:
Manage and maintain calendar, appointments, and travel plans
Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings; prepare agendas and minutes
Screen calls, emails, and other communications, prioritizing as needed
2. Communication & Coordination:
Serve as the primary point of contact between the President and internal/external stakeholders
Draft high-quality correspondence, presentations, and reports
Ensure timely and effective communication across departments
3. Strategic & Confidential Support:
Assist in project tracking, execution, and follow-ups on action points
Handle confidential information and documentation with utmost discretion
Support key organizational priorities and special assignments as delegated by the President
4. Office & Operational Management:
Maintain records, files, and documentation systems for the President’s office
Oversee travel logistics, accommodation, and expense reimbursements
Coordinate with other administrative staff for seamless workflow
Experience: 3-7 years preferred
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
