Job Description

Proactively manage and coordinate the Executive s calendar and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal use of time and resources Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications and interactions with tact and diplomacy Act as a liaison between the Executive and other senior leaders, providing strategic and operational support as required Compose, edit, and proofread high-level business correspondence and presentations, ensuring they are polished, professional, and in line with the firms standards Manage and maintain the Executives contacts and databases Perform research and gather information, as needed Coordinate team meetings, activities, and communications, fostering a positive and productive team environment Provide support for marketing and practice development activities, including events, marketing materials, and industry group support Utilize internal networks and teams to effectively manage workflow and achieve results Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives, and other duties and special projects as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor s degree required Minimum of 1 year of related experience required; experience in public accounting or professional services environment, preferred Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information with discretion Experience managing individuals, projects, and processes effectively High level of initiative, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure Ability to prioritize, organize, and effectively manage workload to meet deadlines Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint); advanced skills preferred
