ob Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support Top Executives. The EA will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Immediate joiners preferred !! Key Responsibilities: 1. Calendar & Meeting Management Manage and optimize the executives calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. 2. Communication & Correspondence Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and other communications. Draft, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. 3. Travel & Logistics Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and budget tracking for travel-related costs. 4. Project, Task Management & Reports Assist in planning and executing strategic projects and initiatives. Conduct research, gather data, and create reports as needed. Ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently. Responsible for reports / MIS 5. Administrative & Office Support Maintain confidential records and files. Handle office supplies, invoices, and other administrative tasks. Support event planning and coordination for corporate functions. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful. Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
