Experience: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Preferred Candidate: Female, Married (Age: 30-35 Years) Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to the Director who will provide high-level administrative support and manage day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, multitasking abilities, and discretion in handling confidential matters. Key Responsibilities (KRA): Administrative Support: Manage the Directors schedule, appointments, and meetings. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence. Handle confidential documents and ensure security of information. Communication & Coordination: Act as a point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders. Draft emails, letters, and business communication on behalf of the Director. Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Travel & Event Management: Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for the Director. Plan and coordinate company events, conferences, and off-site meetings. Project Management: Assist in executing strategic projects and tracking progress. Conduct market research and prepare data-driven reports. Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and objectives. Office & Team Coordination: Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth workflow. Handle office administration tasks as needed. Provide support in HR-related activities like recruitment coordination and policy implementation. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field. 5+ years of experience as an EA, preferably in a corporate environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and scheduling tools. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and confidentiality. Key Performance Indicators (KPI): Meeting & Schedule Management Efficiency: Ensure 100% scheduling accuracy and timely execution of meetings. Communication Responsiveness: Respond to all business-related emails and calls within 24 hours. Confidentiality Compliance: Maintain 100% confidentiality in handling sensitive company information. Travel & Event Planning Accuracy: Ensure zero disruptions in travel and event arrangements. Project Execution & Reporting: Deliver 95% of assigned projects on time with complete documentation. Follow-up & Task Completion Rate: Achieve 90% on-time follow-ups and closure of assigned action items. Stakeholder Satisfaction: Maintain at least 85% positive feedback from internal and external stakeholders. Office & Administrative Task Accuracy: Maintain 98% accuracy in documentation, scheduling, and reporting tasks.
