Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Thanjavur. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, supporting executives in various tasks, and managing expense reports. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining communication, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and performing general administrative assistance. The role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Previous experience in an executive assistant role/ as an intern is preferred
