Job Title - Executive Assistant – Point of Care, International Markets

Job Role & Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant (EA) to support Head, Point of Care International Markets at Siemens Healthineers. This role requires a professional who combines strong process orientation, exceptional communication and influencing skills, and the ability to anticipate issues, manage multiple stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution across a dynamic, global business environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements across regions and time zones.
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts, operational bottlenecks, and stakeholder needs, proactively resolve or escalate as needed.
- Prepare high-quality communication drafts, meeting summaries, and briefing materials with accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate leadership and team meetings, ensuring effective preparation, logistics, documentation, and follow-up on action items.
- Serve as a trusted liaison between the Head – POC’s office and internal/external stakeholders, always maintaining confidentiality and credibility.
- Track key deliverables, strategic initiatives, and timelines to ensure commitments are met.
- Support cross-functional initiatives that require coordination, documentation, and process discipline.
- Drive continuous improvement in administrative and operational processes to enhance the efficiency of the POC leadership office.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership, preferably in multinational or matrix organizations
- Demonstrated ability to influence, communicate, and build strong working relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong process orientation with proven experience implementing structure, tracking systems, and workflow improvements.
- Highly proactive and solutions-focused, able to anticipate challenges and take ownership for resolution.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
Experience & Qualification:
Experience: Minimum 10 years in Assisting Management TeamsAny Graduate with relevant experience can apply
Preferred Skills:
- High degree of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of drafting business correspondence and executive-level documents.
