Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Executive Assistant role based in Noida. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, preparing expense reports, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The role includes handling correspondence, organizing travel arrangements, and keeping records updated while acting as a key point of communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
• Experience with Expense Reports and Executive Support
• Strong Communication skills for interpersonal and professional interactions
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in office software tools such as MS Office and scheduling platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role is strongly advantageous
